There are several golf courses very close to Casa D'Aguia. This is a list of just a few of our favourites !

Beaches
The nearest beach is in the local fishing village of Alvor - Praia da Alvor. Praia da Rocha is approximately 5 miles away
Climate
The proximity of the Mediterranean Sea greatly influences the Algarvean climate. Summers are hot and dry and winters are mild with hardly any rain (50 days with rain and 500 mm on average each year), combined with very inviting Springs and Autumns. The local area benefits from some lovely restaurants. There are some traditional Portuguese restaurants within 10 minutes drive of the villa.
Supermarkets / other facilities
There are two huge supermarkets approximately 5 minutes drive from Casa D'Aguia. Both sell a huge variety of food, clothing, hardware - just about anything. All at very competitive prices.
